Clinical Results in Adolescents
Clinical data showed improvement and remission in adolescents treated with NeuroStar® TMS Therapy. Individual results may vary.
1–2. FDA Clearance K231926: The outcomes reported represent the subset of study patients for whom CGI-S data were reported before and after an acute course of NeuroStar TMS. Patients ages 12–21 were treated under real-world conditions and may have received other depression treatments, including medication. “Measurable relief” was defined as a CGI-S score of 3 or lower, and “complete remission” as a CGI-S score of 2 or lower at the end of treatment.
Insurance & Coverage
Healing Circle accepts many major insurance plans. Coverage for adolescent NeuroStar® TMS Therapy varies by plan and may require prior authorization.

Minnesota Medicaid accepted. North Dakota Medicaid is not currently accepted or covered for TMS therapy at this time.

FDA Clearance
¹ NeuroStar® Advanced Therapy is FDA-cleared as an adjunct treatment for Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) in adolescents ages 15–21. Safety and effectiveness have not been established for use in children younger than 15 years of age.
Clinical Results
² Clinical outcomes (including the reported 78% improvement in depression symptoms and 48% symptom remission) are based on FDA Clearance K231926. Reported outcomes represent the subset of study participants with CGI-S scores available before and after an acute course of NeuroStar® TMS. Patients ages 12–21 were treated under real-world clinical conditions and may have received concurrent depression treatments, including medication. "Measurable relief" was defined as a CGI-S score ≤3, and "complete remission" was defined as a CGI-S score ≤2 at the end of treatment.
